Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product. Please refer to product pages for accurate delivery charges per item. Delivery rates are calculated using estimated freight costs to metro areas of major cities (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra). For other locations, postage costs are subject to change. Note that all rates exclude GST. Customers should always confirm freight charges with us if uncertain.

Panels World does not offer free shipping. If a shipping cost appears as "$0" or "FREE", this does not indicate free delivery; you must request a quote before purchasing.

Order Processing Timelines

GeneralOrders: Typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
Extended lead times: Clearly stated on relevant product pages
Urgent orders: Contact us for a quote on rush service charges and deadline feasibility

Delivery Terms

Tracking: Customers may track deliveries online using a unique tracking number
Address Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses during checkout. Address changes after payment are invalid
Courier Service: Panels World uses contracted couriers. Nationwide shipping is available, kindly submit a freight quote request online or contact us for quote.
Freight Adjustments: We will contact you if actual freight exceeds initial quotes
Cost Calculation: Charges depend on item size, weight, quantity, and destination
Rate Changes: Delivery rates may change; all website prices exclude GST
Address Verification: Customers must confirm commercial delivery addresses on invoices (residential addresses may incur surcharges)
Liability Exclusions: Panels World is not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Address changes after checkout
- Customer errors
- Deliveries attempted on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours (9am-5pm weekdays)
Customer Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for ATL (Authorized To Leave) parcels
- Payment of redelivery fees for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery
- Providing forklift access for palletized goods (fees apply if unavailable)

Receipt of Products

Inspection: Examine all boxes, packaging, and products immediately upon delivery
Damage Reporting: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos sent to info@panelsworld.com.au
Packaging Retention: Keep all original packaging materials

Pickup Policy

Warehouse Selection: Specify preferred Panels World warehouse when ordering
Requirements:
- Scheduled appointments mandatory
- Valid tax invoice must be presented at collection
- Inspect products before leaving warehouse (damage claims void after departure)
Third-Party Collections: Require written authorization
Storage Fees: $10 + GST/day after 45 days from first collection notice
