  • How long has Australia Panels World been around?
    Panels World Australia has been operating for over 10 years. Our company has primarily manufactured products in China for more than 20 years. However, in response to increasing demand in Australia, during 2013 Panels World established a warehouse and showroom in Melbourne, Victoria.
  • Where are you located?
    Our warehouse is located 9/39 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall VIC 3023 (We are close to the front of Bunnings, behind Officeworks and Autobarn.)
  • Can I visit Australia Panels World?
    You are very welcome to visit our warehouse and showroom during our regular business hours from 9:30AM to 5PM during weekdays. Contact us using info@panelsworld.com.au to organise a time for you to come.
  • Need assistance?
    If you have any queries or are in need of assistance, you can reach out to us at 0390086403 during our online operating hours of 9AM to 5PM, 5 days a week. We'll efficiently manage orders and respond to enquiries during regular business hours. For weekend queries, our website live chat is available, and we’ll respond at the earliest convenience.   • What are your business hours?
    We are open from Monday to Friday, from 9:30AM to 5PM. We can also open on Saturdays before 1PM for a scheduled pick-up request.
  • How do I pre-order?
    If you are interested in a product listed as “pre-order only” on our website, please email us at info@panelsworld.com.au to enquire about the order and minimum order requirement for that product.
  • How do I know if a product is out of stock?
    Certain products are not held in stock in our Melbourne Warehouse, but there may be other sheet sizes or thicknesses suitable for you that are in stock. Please contact us to confirm availability and lead times. Products will be labelled as “Out of Stock” on our website if it is unavailable.
  • Can prices be discussed with bulk orders?
    Absolutely! We offer better prices for orders in bulk, so email us at sales@panelsworld.com.au to discuss requests you have for orders in larger quantities, and better prices.
  • How Long Are Your Prices Fixed For?
    Prices are established upon publication in our comprehensive catalogue, and our aim is to maintain these prices for a minimum of 6 months from the release date. However, economic shifts and fluctuations in international exchange rates may affect pricing and our ability to sustain these rates.
  • Which ways can I place an order?
    Order can be placed via emails, phone calls, walk ins, and website online orders. To place an order by phone call, call us during regular business hours, using 0390086403. To place an order by email, contact us at sales@panelsworld.com.au at the earliest convenience. We also except walk in orders, provided that payment is paid over the counter. For ordering online from our website, please refer to the “Online Order Instructions” at the bottom of every product page.
  • Are there any minimum order requirements?
    With the exception of products sold in packs, most of our products don’t require a minimum order amount. However, products sold in packs must be purchased in pack sizes as displayed on our website.
  • Can We Buy Products in Bulk?
    Yes, bulk orders are welcome! Please place an enquiry for a special bulk order to our email using sales@panelsworld.com.au , and we will further discuss your order enquiry with you.
  • Can I place an order from outside of Melbourne?
    If you are looking to place an order for an address outside of Metro Melbourne, please send a email to us at sales@panelsworld.com.au, and we can discuss your enquiry.
  • How can I pay?
    For walk-in orders, we accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. For online orders, we accept bank transfers and credit card payments. However, for all card payments, there will be a 1.1% surcharge.
  • How long does it take for delivery?
    All paid and confirmed orders are usually dispatched and delivered to the order’s given address withing 2-4 business days.
  • How much is delivery?
    For delivery costs, please refer to the “Delivery Cost List” in the description of every product, under the product details.
  • Do you charge for pallets?
    Charges for pallets don’t usually occurs for in house deliveries, however if the order requires shipping, the pallet will be charged.
