Please read the following information carefully before placing a cut-to-size order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team to confirm the estimated lead time before placing your order. Standard cut-to-size orders generally require 1–3 business days. Urgent or same-day cutting services cannot be guaranteed.
Standard panel cutting is performed using an industrial guillotine panel saw. A cutting tolerance of approximately ±5 mm should be expected.
If your project requires precise dimensions, premium cut edges or a flawless cosmetic finish, please request CNC Routing Services before placing your order. Standard guillotine cutting is not intended to achieve premium architectural finishes.
Cutting charges are calculated based on your specified cutting requirements and finished dimensions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All cut-to-size orders must be confirmed and approved in writing (including email approval) before production commences.
Custom-cut panels are manufactured specifically for your order and are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
