STEP 1 - Install the U Edge Trim along the starting edge and one adjacent edge using the recommended screw-fixing method.

STEP 2

 - Trim off the tongue side of the first panel.

STEP 3 - Position the first panel as shown in Figure 2.0. Insert the tongue edge into the trim, leaving a 1mm gap to allow for thermal expansion. Refer to the Expansion Table for guidance.

STEP 4 - Secure the Castellated panel in place by screwing into the ceiling joists at 600mm intervals. Attach the provided fixing clip to the grooved edge and fix it to the joist. Then, slot the tongue of the next panel into position.

STEP 5 - Continue this process to install all Castellated panels across the ceiling or wall until the surface is fully covered.

STEP 6 - Trim 4mm off the wall-edge side of the final panel to provide room for installation. Secure the last panel with screws. Once installed, cover the fixings with an Equal Angle Trim for a clean finish.

STEP 7 - Apply PVC-tolerant construction adhesive to glue the Equal Angle Trim in place over the last panel. (Note: Only the final panel should be glued—all others should be screwed in.) See Figure in Step Seven.

STEP 8 (Optional) -Use painter’s tape to temporarily hold the trim in place while the adhesive cures.

STEP 9 - Once the adhesive has fully dried, carefully remove the tape—and enjoy your refreshed space!
