This acoustic panel is built with three functional layers, its biggest highlight being 3-sided full wood veneer coverage on every slat:
3-Side Wrapped Wood Veneer Slats
Each MDF slat is fully veneered on the front face plus two side edges, no raw bare board exposed from any viewing angle. Slat size: 27mm wide × 13mm thick, with 12mm sound-permeable gaps between slats.
MDF Core Slats
Stable high-density MDF acts as rigid support, offering smooth substrate for seamless veneer adhesion and anti-warp performance.
9mm PET Fiber Backing
A full 9mm thick recycled PET felt base sits behind the slats to absorb echoes and reverberation; gaps between slats guide sound into the fiber layer for effective noise reduction.
